Dr Renata Hadzic
Intellectual Ability
An assessment of intellectual abilities – also referred to as a cognitive or IQ assessment – consists of testing to evaluate verbal ability, visuospatial ability, fluid reasoning, working memory, and processing speed. It allows parents, educators, and other clinicians to better understand a child’s performance relative to children of the same age. It can be useful in identifying areas of strength and weakness and evaluating suitability for selective streaming or placement. This assessment is available for children aged 6 years or older.
Please complete a referral form if you would like to enquire about an assessment.
